1. Access the Supervisor View: Log in to your proGrow One App and reach the Main Dashboard. Tap the menu icon in the upper right corner and select 'Supervisor'.
2. Monitor Live Shopfloor Operations: Get an instant, machine-by-machine overview of your entire factory. Each card displays the machine name, assigned active operators, current product being produced, and live operational status (running or stopped).
3. Eliminate Blind Spots: If a machine stops, the Supervisor View immediately highlights the exact downtime reason alongside the product, giving you complete clarity on bottlenecks as they happen.
4. Analyze Consolidated & Individual Diagnostics: View consolidated OEE diagnostics across all machines or tap on a specific machine to review its individual Availability, Performance, Quality, and OEE metrics.
5. Deep Dive into Downtime Ratios: Unlock detailed production time breakdowns to analyze the exact ratio between planned and unplanned downtime, including micro-stops and specific downtime causes.
6. Leverage AI Smart Insights & Chat AI: Scroll to the bottom of your machine deep dive to access AI-powered Smart Insights. The AI automatically interprets complex charts for you, highlighting key bottlenecks and actionable suggestions. Tap any insight to launch a conversation with Chat AI, ask follow-up questions, and quickly drive efficiency on your shopfloor.
