What is proGrow?
proGrow is a dynamic and flexible platform of operational excellence 4.0 that leverages AI-driven insights to automatically extract and centralize your data. It allows you to analyze your indicators with predictive analytics and improve them using collaboration tools, regardless of the sector, size or model of business.
Is proGrow an MES system?
proGrow is an MSA (Manufacturing Supervision Agent). This category was developed as a direct response to the traditional MES, offering a more agile and agent-oriented approach to production management.
It is a web platform that combines features typically associated with MES systems, such as recording and analysing production data, with advanced IoT integration capabilities and collaboration tools. Unlike traditional MES systems, the proGrow (MSA) fulfils the needs of companies that want to obtain, analyze and improve their results, regardless of their type of business, maturity or available investment.
Is the platform customizable to my specific production KPIs?
Yes, our platform is fully customizable to track and analyze your unique production KPIs. We understand that every manufacturing process is different. Our system supports a wide range of system-level KPIs and operational metrics, allowing you to tailor your dashboard to the specific data points that drive your business.
Can proGrow integrate with any information system?
Yes. proGrow can integrate with any information system, whether you use an ERP, a point system, an outbound fleet management system or any other that you use in your organisation.
Can we collect data from any equipment, including older machines or energy meters?
Of course. proGrow can collect data in four different ways:
1) directly from the equipment through its controller and communication protocols;
2) through equipment sensors;
3) by adding an IoT Gateway to the equipment, if it has a simple electrical board for reading electrical signals; and
4) through manual entry.
How can I access the platform?
You can access proGrow both through the web and the mobile app. Simply log in from any browser or download the app on your smartphone to access your data anytime, anywhere.
Is it possible to digitize only part of the industrial park or part of the operations?
Yes. We always ensure that the digitalization process is planned and structured in several phases, starting with the critical chain within the organization and growing from there. This is how we guarantee sustained onboarding and a phased investment.
Is the data provided in real-time or is there a delay?
Yes, our platform provides real-time data processing to ensure you have immediate visibility into your operations. Our system is engineered to capture and display production data as it happens.
While a minimal latency may occasionally occur due to external factors, such as your local internet connection or third-party system integrations, the information shown is always the most up-to-date data available. This live data streaming allows for proactive decision-making and instant adjustments to your production flow.
Where is the data stored?
Your data is securely stored in encrypted cloud servers, ensuring global accessibility and high-level protection. We prioritize data integrity and availability so you can monitor your production from anywhere at any time.
What happens if we lose internet connection?
Our system features built-in data redundancy to ensure no information is lost during an internet outage. We handle connectivity issues through a dual-layered approach:
- At the Device Level (IoT): If a connection failure occurs, our hardware utilizes local edge storage to cache all production data internally. Once the internet connection is restored, the device automatically syncs the stored data to the cloud, ensuring your historical records remain seamless and accurate.
- On the User Interface: If you are actively monitoring the platform when the connection drops, you will receive an immediate status alert. The dashboard is designed to auto-reconnect and resume live data visualization the moment your access is back online.
Is the data that proGrow provides safe?
Yes. Cybersecurity is a fundamental part of any data management platform. proGrow uses encrypted point-to-point communication mechanisms that guarantee the security of all the data it collects and produces.
How long does implementation take and what is required from our team?
The implementation process is designed for speed and minimal disruption. Each machine takes approximately 2 to 3 hours to install the IoT device and connect the necessary digital signals. Once the physical setup is complete, the device connects automatically to proGrow, bringing the machine online instantly without manual configuration.
Is the hardware and installation included?
For our Lean, Pro, and Grow plans, all necessary IoT devices are included as part of your subscription package. While we provide the hardware required to get your data flowing, the physical installation is not included. This allows your internal maintenance team to manage the 2 to 3-hour setup at a time that best fits your production schedule, though our team remains available to provide remote guidance during the connection process.
What is the pricing model for the platform?
At proGrow, we keep things simple and transparent. Our platform operates on a monthly subscription model designed to grow alongside your operations. This subscription is all-inclusive, meaning you aren’t just paying for the app, you’re paying for a complete operational excellence ecosystem. Your monthly fee covers:
- Platform Access: Full use of the web and mobile applications.
- Modules & Features: Access to all your subscribed modules.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Secure hosting and data management.
- Updates & Maintenance: Continuous improvements and new features at no extra cost.
- Support: Ongoing assistance from our dedicated Customer Success team.
How many users are included? Is support included?
The subscription includes up to 250 users, allowing your entire team to stay connected and aligned with the production data. And full support is part of the package. It includes:
- Configuration Allowance: We include up to 6 hours per year for additional configurations (non-cumulative). This ensures your platform can evolve as your needs change without extra costs.
- Unlimited Remote Support: Our team is always available to help with any technical questions or troubleshooting.
What results can we expect and how soon?
You can expect to see actionable production insights within the first 24 hours of operation. Our platform is designed for rapid deployment with a setup process that can be completed in as little as one day.
As soon as the installation is finalized, the system begins capturing data and calculating key performance metrics instantly. From day one, you will gain visibility into operational bottlenecks and performance gaps, allowing your team to make data-driven decisions that improve efficiency and reduce downtime immediately.
