What is proGrow?

proGrow is a dynamic and flexible platform of operational excellence 4.0 that allows you to automatically extract and centralise your data to analyse your indicators and improve them using collaboration tools, regardless of the sector, size or model of business.

Is proGrow an MES system?

proGrow is a web platform that combines features typically associated with MES systems, such as recording and analysing production data, with IoT integration capabilities and collaboration tools.
The proGrow platform fulfils the needs of companies that want to obtain, analyze and improve its results, regardless of its type of business, its maturity and available investment, unlike traditional MES systems.

Can proGrow integrate with any information system?

Yes. proGrow can integrate with any information system, whether you use an ERP, a point system, an outbound fleet management system or any other that you use in your organisation.

Is it possible to collect data from any equipment, even if it is older?

Of course. proGrow can collect data in four different ways: 1) directly from the equipment through its controller and communication protocols; 2) through equipment sensors; 3) by adding an IoT Gateway to the equipment, if it has a simple electrical board for reading electrical signals; and 4) through manual entry.

Is it possible to digitize only part of the industrial park or part of the operations?

Yes. We always ensure that the digitisation process is planned and structured in several phases, starting with the critical chain within the organisation and growing from there. This is how we guarantee sustained onboarding and a phased investment.

Are there any minimum infrastructure requirements for the implementation of the platform?

No. proGrow is a cloud solution, no infrastructure or hardware needs be used, although it is possible to be installed on-site if this is an organisational requirement.

How can I access the platform?

You can access proGrow both through the web and the mobile app. Simply log in from any browser or download the app on your smartphone to access your data anytime, anywhere.

Is the data that proGrow provides safe?

Yes. Cybersecurity is a fundamental part of any data management platform. proGrow uses encrypted point-to-point communication mechanisms that guarantee the security of all the data it collects and produces.

What is the pricing model for the platform?

With proGrow, you only pay a monthly subscription that includes access to all the subscribed modules, cloud infrastructure, updates, maintenance and support from our customer success team.The installation and setup process are included only in the trial plans.

Is proGrow recognised for its I&D practice?

Yes, proGrow is recognised by ANI - National Innovation Agency, for the practice of I&D and therefore all projects developed and delivered by proGrow have eligibility in support programs for Innovation.

Would the projects developed by proGrow be eligible to SIFIDE?

Yes, they can.
SIFIDE aims to increase the competitiveness of companies by supporting their efforts in Research & Development through the IRC deduction of a percentage of their I&D expenses (in the part not co-funded by the State or by European Funds) from their corporate income tax. Therefore, our projects are in line with this objective.
The companies whose tax period coincides with the civil year must submit an application until the end of May of the following year in order to be able to fit a project.
