Whether you want to track active production orders, detect unassigned stoppages, or correct historical downtime records, the Factory view provides the precision you need to keep your production line moving smoothly.

How to justify stoppages in a few simple steps:

1. Access the Operator View: Log in to your proGrow app, tap the menu icon in the top right corner, and select 'Operator' to open your machine dashboard.
2. Monitor Live Machine Status: View real-time details for each machine, including the active operator name, current production order, product reference, and live operational metrics.
3. Identify Pending Stoppages: Look at the machine's status ring, if it is not fully green, it’s because there are pending stoppages waiting to be justified.
4. Filter & Sort Unjustified Downtime: Tap the status ring to enter the Historic view. Use the 'Unjustified' tab to filter stoppages by date or sort them by duration and time range to tackle key downtime events first.
5. Categorize Root Causes in Seconds: Select an unjustified stoppage, choose the primary stop type (such as Maintenance or Setup), and pick the specific motive (e.g., Preventive Maintenance or Tool Change) to immediately register the root cause.
6. Edit & Correct Previous Entries: Need to fix a mistake? Switch to the 'Justified' tab, select any previously logged stoppage, and update its category or motive in just a few taps.
