On April 17th, the AEP facilities in Leça da Palmeira became a strategic hub for debating the future of the automotive and mobility sectors in Portugal. The event “Indústria Inteligente – Tecnologias, Talento e Competitividade,” organized by Mobinov under the DIH 4 Global Automotive project, gathered industry leaders and experts to discuss digital transformation as a multidimensional pillar redefining organizational strategy and culture.

proGrow took an active role in this initiative, represented by Catarina Afonso and Carlos Gonçalves. In an era where the automotive industry is undergoing profound change, our participation focused on demonstrating how technology serves as the vital link between operational efficiency and the development of human talent.

Throughout the event, which featured dedicated networking and matchmaking sessions, proGrow hosted the "Coffee 4.0" space. Through live demonstrations of the proGrow platform, we showed industrial managers and directors how simplified digitalization enables real-time process monitoring, facilitating faster decision-making and accelerating the modernization of business models.

Our participation reinforced the importance of collaboration between key associations such as AEP, ABIMOTA, and APF, strengthening an ecosystem where proGrow technology acts as a catalyst for competitiveness. By showcasing applied industrial digitalization solutions, we reiterated our commitment to supporting companies as they transition toward a smarter, more connected, and sustainable industry.

proGrow’s success at the event is a testament to our focus on operational excellence. The discussions on digital efficiency continue to resonate, reinforcing the reality that in today's shifting industrial landscape, proGrow isn't just an option, it’s an essential tool for any organization looking to lead in the automotive and global sectors.
